Shipping policy

Most items are shipped through USPS unless faster shipping is requested via UPS. Walking K Silver co. is not responsible for your package getting lost, stolen, or broken in the mail. All economy or standard shipping options are sent via "ground advantage" (formerly known as "first class"). Ground advantage comes with $100 insurance however more insurance can be added with an additional upcharge. If your package is lost in the mail, there is very little we can do as the USPS will communicate the same thing to the shipper & receiver. We understand the frustrations that come with the postal service, but please be kind or select another carrier option if you do not want your package shipped through USPS.
